- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-08-23, by sam westwellJoined the gym in July and was very happy, contacted the gym to cancel as I was sold a 12 month contract (with the option to leave after 6 months) to be told that I couldn’t leave and the lady who sold me the plan had left so they couldn’t take my word. Waited 2 days for a call off the branch manager to be told there was nothing she could do despite me making clear I had been miss sold this membership. Not the first person I know to be disappointed with customer services. Try boundary road gym instead as it’s much cheaper and staff are more helpful.
